Keep Your Kids Tick-Free

Vacation time means time in the woods — and exposure to ticks, especially from April through September. Lyme disease is the most common tick-borne disease in the United States and can be deadly. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), early signs and symptoms include rash, fever, chills, headache, fatigue, muscle and joint aches, and swollen lymph nodes.
