Advanced Practice Providers - Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Urgent Care and Family Medicine

Apple Valley Medical Clinic is seeking Physician Assistants and/or Nurse Practitioners to work in our Urgent Care and/or Family Medicine Clinic. These positions are responsible for diagnosing and treating acute, episodic or chronic illnesses; ordering x-rays and labs to assist in evaluating and diagnosing illnesses and injuries; facilitating referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities; and communicating with collaborating Physician or Specialist regarding patient care. Requirements include a Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program and current Physician Assistant License from the MN State Board of Medical Practice in good standing, or Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program, current RN license with the MN Board of Nursing in good standing and current Nurse Practitioner License in the state of Minnesota. Hours may include evenings and weekends.

Advanced Practice Provider - Geriatric Nurse Practitioner for Family Medicine Clinic

Apple Valley Medical Clinic is seeking a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner to work in our Family Medicine Clinic. This position is responsible for diagnosing and treating acute, episodic or chronic illnesses; ordering x-rays and labs to assist in evaluating and diagnosing illnesses and injuries; facilitating referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities; and communicating with collaborating Physician or Specialist regarding patient care. Requirements include a Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program, current RN license with the MN Board of Nursing in good standing and current Nurse Practitioner License in the state of Minnesota. Hours will include days and evenings.

Medical Billing/Coding Specialist

Apple Valley Medical Clinic is seeking a Medical Billing/Coding Specialist. This position is responsible for generating invoices, verifying and completing charge information, reviewing diagnosis codes and following up on insurance claims & payments. This position will be assigned specific accounts and will be responsible for generating claims and follow through to payment. Requirements include 2-5 years of coding and claims reimbursement, strong communication skills and special attention to detail. Individual must have knowledge of CPT and ICD-10.

LPN - Urgent Care - $1,500 Sign On Bonus - Part-Time (.6 FTE)

Apple Valley Medical Clinic is seeking two LPNs in Urgent Care. These positions are responsible for ensuring that the utmost in competent care and safety is consistently delivered to all patients. Requirements include a current LPN license in good standing with the state of MN and ACLS & BLS certification. Individual must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment as a member of the care team supporting the provider group. The hours for one position are 3p or 4p to closing - Friday, Saturday and Sunday (24 hours/week). The hours for the other position are 3p or 4p to closing - evenings and every other weekend (24 hours/week).
